This month, AHWCA proudly celebrated a remarkable milestone as Accounts and Payroll Officer Susie Schipp marked 15 years with the organisation.
Since joining AHCWA on 16 June 2011, Susie has been a valued member of the Corporate Services team, providing financial administration and payroll support to keep the organisation operating smoothly behind the scenes.
Over the past 15 years, Susie has played an important role in managing accounts, coordinating payroll services, maintaining financial records, supporting audits and compliance processes, and assisting staff across the organisation with finance-related matters. Her dedication, accuracy, and attention to detail have contributed significantly to AHCWA’s growth and success. Susie has also been an active and invaluable member of a number of operational committees, including the Emergency Response Team and Social Club.
Known for her trustworthiness, reliability, and willingness to support colleagues, Susie has built strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders. Her work ensures AHCWA continues to deliver high-quality services to Member Services and communities throughout WA.
Susie is held in high esteem by the rest of the finance team, known for her kindness and approachable nature. She has a remarkable ability to make colleagues feel valued, supported, and encouraged. Whether offering guidance, lending a helping hand, or simply being a positive presence, Susie has helped create a workplace culture built on respect, collaboration, and care.
