AHCWA is proud to recognise ICT Support Engineer, Patrick Nkhata, who celebrated five years with the organisation on 21 May.
Over the past five years, Patrick has played a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of AHCWA’s Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) function. He is responsible for ensuring the organisation’s ICT systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably—enabling staff across AHCWA to carry out their work with confidence.
Patrick’s role spans a broad range of responsibilities, from providing responsive, customer service-focused ICT support to staff, to maintaining and managing AHCWA’s ICT equipment, systems, and network environment. His proactive approach helps minimise disruptions and supports a stable and secure working environment.
Throughout his time with the organisation, Patrick has demonstrated a strong commitment to upholding AHCWA’s values, including a focus on quality improvement, workplace health and safety, and the delivery of high-quality, client-focused service. He plays an important role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting staff development and contributing to key organisational initiatives and events.
Patrick’s dedication, technical knowledge, and steady support have made a meaningful contribution to AHCWA over the past five years. His work continues to underpin the systems and infrastructure that enable the organisation to deliver for the Sector.
