AHCWA Appoints New CEO and Operations Director AHCWA recently appointed Craig Somerville as its new CEO and Des Martin as its new Operations Director in January 2010. The AHCWA staff and board would like to welcome Craig and Des and look forward to working with them as part of the AHCWA team.
AHCWA Farewells CEO Darryl Kickett
Darryl Kickett has resigned as Chief Executive Offcer of the Aboriginal Health Council of WA (AHCWA). Mr Kickett left AHCWA on Friday Septermber 18, he will be missed by his colleagues after four years of dedicated service. He will be moving on to further develop the Noongar Health Council.
Terry Brennan, Chief Executive Officer of the Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) will be acting CEO until the position is filled.

Official Opening of New AHCWA Building AHCWA has moved into its new offices at Dilhorn House, 2 Bulwer Street Perth. The new building was opened by AHCWA Chair Vicki O'Donnell and AHCWA CEO Darryl Kickett at an offiicial ceremony on June 24 2009.
